Refund and Returns Policy

At Richard Lewis Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of our pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns of ready-made, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned:
    • In their original, unworn condition
    • With all packaging, certificates, and tags intact
    • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty:

  • Custom or bespoke orders (including commissioned pieces designed to your specifications)
  • Resized rings or altered items at the customer’s request
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue may be requested.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
  • Custom/bespoke items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Please inform us using the following Contact Form within the return period, including your order number.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange.
