Description
The 1.46-carat Australian opal at the center of this ring was hand-picked from the Coober Pedy fields of South Australia. It’s a round 10mm stone with a generous, glowing face, drifting through a shifting display of color as light and movement play across it. There are no added stones, so the opal carries the design on its own.
The setting is sterling silver finished with 14-karat yellow gold accents, the warm gold details framing the stone and lifting the cooler silver. This ring comes in US ring sizes 5 to 9. Richard Lewis handcrafts each piece, so this one is one of a kind and will never be matched exactly. Opal asks for a gentle hand: avoid hard knocks and ultrasonic cleaners, and clean it with a soft, damp cloth.
