Description
This handcrafted ring centers on a 1.47-carat Australian opal, cut as a round 10mm stone and selected from the Coober Pedy fields of South Australia. The opal has that signature shifting color, moving through its own spectrum as the angle of light changes and your hand turns. It comes alive with every movement.
It’s set in sterling silver with 14-karat yellow gold accents, the warm gold detailing framing the cool silver and the stone’s glow. It comes in US ring sizes 4 to 8. Richard Lewis makes each ring by hand, so no two are ever exactly alike. As with any natural opal, a little care keeps the color bright: avoid hard knocks and ultrasonic cleaners, and wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth.
